Mariupol Technical School
In 1900, from a small merchant town, Mariupol turned into a real metallurgical giant. Industrial enterprises “Nikopol” and “Russian Providence” functioned in the city. Over time, there was a need for skilled workers. In 1901 the building of the Mariupol Technical School appeared. The red brick building was built in the neo-Romanesque style with elements of figured brickwork.
Once located on the outskirts of the city, the building eventually found itself in the very center. Today, as well as a hundred years ago, it successfully performs the function of an educational institution, which has gained many outstanding graduates during its history.
